By accessing or using NXTGN, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or use NXTGN.

2. Acceptable Use

• You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to NXTGN agents.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying prompts, models, or systems behind any agent.
• You may not use the service for unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.

3. Service Availability

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service at any time, with or without notice.

4. Subscriptions and Cancellation

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NXTGN and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of the service. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec, Canada, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Quebec.
