Refund Policy

1. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable once a billing date has been processed. You can cancel at any time to prevent future charges; access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

2. Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund if requested within 7 days of the original purchase date. After 7 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you can cancel renewal at any time.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email clalondeofficial@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. Include your account email and the approximate date of purchase. Eligible refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days.
